Spiritual Awakening Sweeps Wokha- The Faith Ministry Crusade of January 2025:
A profound spiritual awakening swept through Wokha Town as believers gathered for the highly anticipated Wokha Revival.
Organized together by our Faith Ministry Nagaland, along with Trust in Jesus Ministry and Lothatsü Prayer Centre, Wokha. Three-day gospel crusade was held from January 17th to January 19th 2025.
A Divine Awakening in Wokha:
This crusade placed heavy emphasis on the younger generation. The Wokha youth, in particular, received a special challenge to experience the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and do great works for the Lord.
The Holy Spirit’s message echoing throughout the weekend focused heavily on personal holiness and spiritual renewal.
Organised Through Prayers and Revelation:
The Crusade, warmly dubbed “The Lord’s Program,” was the culmination of months of intense spiritual preparation, fasting and prayer alongside ministry partners. We’ve together aimed at extending spiritual breakthrough, salvation, healing, and deliverance to individuals dealing with regular life struggles, addiction, depression or spiritual stagnancy. Leading up to the January event, we issued public invitations to all residents living in and around Wokha, irrespective of tribal or denominational backgrounds, to arrive with high expectations to experience the tangible power of God.
Across the four revival services, the three speakers—Mr Chenithung Shitiri (Director, ACF Prayer Centre, Dimapur), Ms Ketho Medoze (Founder, Faith Ministry), and Mr Kuzoto Keyho (Founder, Trust in Jesus Ministry)—challenged the congregation to audit their spiritual walk, warning against living as “lukewarm” believers. The proclamation of the gospel was met with immense openness, as many attendees moved to the altar daily to confess their struggles, break free from bondage, surrender to God and rededicate their families to Christ. Local accounts highlighted that God moved mightily in their midst, resulting in testimonies of healing, great peace, joy and deliverance from demonic spirits.
We are ever grateful to our Lord Jehovah, our Awesome God. For “This was the Lord’s doing; It is marvelous in our eyes.” (Psalms 118). And immensely thankful to all of His blessed servants. We offer special thanks and recognition to Mr. Tsenimo, convener of Lothatsü Prayer Centre, Sir Khumbemo Ngullie, the deacons of Lothatsü Prayer Centre, faithful service and good deeds are recorded by the Lord.
We also honor and thank Rev. Dr. Zotuo Kiewhuo, founder and senior pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church, and Sir Khriezovolie Suokhrie—our Faith ministry’s two spiritual fathers—for their constant prayers, guidance, and good shepherding!
We are also indebted to the KBC students & Sir Thejavizo Sopfünuo, for their tireless labor in the Lord’s program. Also we offer thanks to Pastor Vezokho Vero, of Naga Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre for guiding us spiritually and introducing us to the elders of the prayer centres in Wokha Town.
A major highlight of the Wokha Crusade was its deliberate, intentional focus on the younger generation. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by the youth of Nagaland today—including modern distractions and societal pressures—the ministry designated special prayer segments for them.
A special prophetic call was given to the youth to receive the impartation of the Holy Spirit, empowering them to return to their respective villages and campuses to carry out positive, faith-driven work for the Lord. The vibrant praise and worship, led by a dedicated local music team, resonated deeply with the younger crowd, igniting an energetic spiritual atmosphere. As the crusade concluded on Sunday night, January 19, a deep sense of gratitude and unity blanketed Wokha Town. Attendees described the event as a truly life-changing experience that went far beyond an
ordinary church program. By breaking down denominational walls and focusing purely on the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Faith Ministry revival effectively reignited the spiritual identity of the local populace, laying down a baseline for continued spiritual growth throughout 2025.
